Dr. Reuben M. Jaja
President / CEO, BFIGroup Corporation
Dr. Jaja, licensed by the State of California Bureau of Securities & Investment Services- is also founder of the Africa-USA International Chamber of Commerce and Industry: a non-profit organization chartered to promote trade, commerce and industry between the 53 nation states of Africa and the United States. For over 10 years in this capacity, he has worked with an array of U.S. Governmental Agencies and private sector business leaders on various projects and infrastructure development matters involving Africa. Dr. Jaja is also a core founder of Nigeria-China Overseas Economic Cooperation Ltd. (NCOEC) to promote trade between Africa and China.

Broad exposure, spanning more than 30 years to policy makers in government and the private sector, multilateral, regional and bilateral institutions, mostly, with respect to targeted poverty-reduction agricultural development programs, and facilitating linkages between investors and clients and the development of public-private partnerships, including advisory services on strategy and program development
Jimmie L. Williams, Jr.
Esq. Executive Vice President, BFIGroup Corporation
Mr. Williams is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley with a degree in mechanical engineering, along with law degree from Whittier College School of Law. In addition to California, he is admitted to practice before the District Courts of California and New York, the Second Circuit for the United States Court of Appeals, and in the District of Columbia. He is also a Director for the Africa-USA International Chamber of Commerce and Industry and served as moderator and sponsor for the Corporate Council on Niger Delta Affairs 2006 Niger Delta/Gulf of Guinea Oil and Gas Summit.
